2. Rebooking/Rescheduling Process:
To rebook or reschedule, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your booking details, including the workshop or experience name, date, and your order number.
3. Our customer service team will assist you in selecting an available date for rebooking or rescheduling.

3. No Fees for Timely Rebooking/Rescheduling:
If you rebook or reschedule with at least 1 week's notice, there will be no fees incurred.

4. One-time Rebooking/Rescheduling:
Each customer is entitled to rebook or reschedule their workshop or experience once.

5. Cancellations with Less than 2 Weeks' Notice:
If you choose to cancel your booking with less than 2 weeks' notice, a 50% refund of the workshop or experience fee will be issued.

6. Full Refund for Cancellations with More than 2 Weeks' Notice:
For cancellations made with more than 2 weeks' notice, a full refund of the workshop or experience fee will be issued.
